House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Pets and parties are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors, and avoid disturbing neighbors during arrival, departure or your stay. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when you book.
Getting there
Circle Mall, dining and entertainment are minutes away. Dubai Marina, JBR and Downtown are 20 minutes away. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation.
