Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost-card replacement costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
Getting there
Circle Mall and Halfa Park are nearby. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. The private balcony Jacuzzi currently has no hot water.
