The apartment combines Arabian-style character with modern interiors and has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a balcony and a private entrance. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, dining and attractions are just steps away.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a swimming pool and a gym. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, kitchen utensils, cooking basics, wine glasses and a trash compactor. A dining table, TV, safe, washing machine, iron, hangers, clothing storage and drying rack are provided.

Linens, essentials, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, hot water, a bidet and cleaning products are available. Safety equipment includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The apartment is suitable for children and infants, with a baby crib and high chair available. Cleaning before checkout is offered.

Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00, including during arrival and departure. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
