Guests must submit passport copies before check-in. The property is for domestic stays only and must not be used for commercial business operations. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Suitable for children and infants.
Getting there
Dubai Marina and JBR Beach are about 15 minutes by car. Downtown Dubai is about 20 minutes by car, and Dubai International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are a short drive away. Taxis, Careem, Uber and nearby bus stops provide transport options; sidewalks and bike paths serve local trips within JVC.
