House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Downtown Dubai is 10 minutes away and Dubai International Airport is 15 minutes away. Beach access is offered.
