House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Construction outside the building may cause noise or disturbance. The building is still in progress, with maintenance ongoing inside. Only two lifts are currently operational, which may cause waiting times. The swimming pool is currently not fully operational.
