The apartment has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa, pillows, a coffee table and a Smart TV. The dining area provides access to the balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot-and-cold-water sink, cookware, trays, glasses and cutlery. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, fresh towels and essential toiletries. Linens, hangers and an iron are provided.

Amenities include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an electronic safe, complimentary parking and complimentary drinks, tea and coffee. Guests have complimentary access to the shared building gym and pool, but the swimming pool is currently not fully operational. The apartment has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. Children and infants are welcome.

Concierge service and a dedicated Guest Experience Manager are available 24/7. A Guest Experience Manager meets guests on arrival. Construction outside the building may cause noise or disturbance; the building remains in progress with internal maintenance ongoing. Only two lifts are currently operational, so waiting times may occur.
