House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00.

The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Nearby construction is expected to continue until the end of December.
