Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost-card replacement costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Business Bay Metro is five minutes away; the RTA Marine Station is two minutes away. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Paid parking is next to the building.
