House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only and must not be used for commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; lost cards incur an AED600.00 replacement charge. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking results in charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
