Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking inside is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
