Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. Residential stays only; commercial business operations are not permitted. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00.
