House rules
Submit soft copies of passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for domestic stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odour removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Children and infants are welcome.
