Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Dubai Mall is a five-minute walk via a link bridge; the Metro is nearby. Building renovation work may cause loud drilling and construction noise during the day.
