House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odour removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Children and infants are welcome.
Getting there
Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains and Dubai Mall are a 15-minute walk away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
