Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out. Replacement of lost access cards costs AED600.00.
