Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00.
Getting there
Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain are a 10-minute walk away. A Metro station is nearby, and the nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Construction work in the surrounding area may cause noise.
