Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation use only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
A bridge connects the building to Dubai Mall. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Renovation work in the building may cause loud drilling and construction noise during the day.
