Guests must submit a digital copy of their passport before check-in. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; lost cards incur an AED 600.00 charge. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs fees for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Direct access to a 1.3 km residents-only private beach, with morning sunshine on the southeast side and afternoon sunshine and sunset views on the northwest side. The apartment is by JBR Beach and near Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island and The Walk at JBR.
