Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation use only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Direct beach access. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
