House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. Children and infants are welcome.
Getting there
The private beach area is temporarily closed for construction. Ongoing community maintenance may cause daytime noise. Restaurants along Mina Al Arab Lagoon Walk are a 5–10 minute walk away.
