The apartment accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The living area has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, alongside a dining table and balcony access. Bedding, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights are provided.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island, plus a microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, hot and cold water, cookware, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, bidet, vanity, mirror and toilet, with towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided, along with access to the building's shared pool, gym and other facilities. The apartment has air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, an electronic safe and a baby crib, and is suitable for children and infants. The building has an elevator. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
