Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and cruiser bicycles are available for discounted rental; a signed waiver is required. Housekeeping is available as an add-on option. Complimentary pack-n-plays, booster seats, and baby gates are available through guest services.
Getting there
The villa is a 5–10 minute walk to Rum Point Club and The Kaibo Marina. The property has a sandy beach with shallow clear water; pool shoes are advised for foot protection. Beach conditions may vary with tides, weather, ocean debris, and seasonal sargassum.
