The fenced grounds have a private chlorine pool measuring 9 × 4 m, sun loungers, a barbecue and furnished outdoor areas for meals and drinks. Areas for table tennis, football and volleyball are available.

The main floor has a living-dining room with Smart TV and satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a gas hob, microwave and oven, a twin bedroom with a fan, and a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to three upstairs bedrooms, all with fans: two have one double bed each and one has two single beds. Two upstairs bedrooms open onto a large terrace overlooking the countryside. A second bathroom with a shower is upstairs. A cot and highchair can be provided.

Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for five cars are available. The living-room fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. Goats and horses live on the neighbouring farm.
