## About the house

The grounds include gardens, a fish pond, lawns, terraces and porches, including a barbecue porch. There are nine sun loungers, a table-tennis table, a paddle tennis court and a basketball court; the courts can be accessed at any time. The private chlorine pool measures 11 × 5 m and is 1.1–2.5 m deep, with an integrated children's pool measuring 3.5 × 3.5 m and 0.5 m deep.

The two-storey house has a living-dining room with television, air conditioning, fireplace and porch access. There are two kitchens with gas cooking facilities, a second large dining room opening towards the pool, another living room with a billiard table, and a separate toilet. Oil-fired central heating is available. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All six bedrooms are on the first floor and have air conditioning and wardrobes. Four bedrooms have a double bed each and two have two single beds each. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms: one with a bath and shower, one with a bath, and one with a shower. Two further first-floor bathrooms have a bath and a shower respectively. Two additional shower bathrooms are outside.

The villa is 5.9 km from Sant Jordi and beside the Palma–Manacor motorway. Aircraft noise can be heard because of the proximity to the airport. A separate house on the same plot is occupied by the estate's maintenance staff. Exterior parking accommodates two cars. Cistern water is not suitable for drinking.

Sant Jordi is 5.9 km away, Golf Son Gual 5 km, Son Sant Joan Airport 14.5 km, Estació Intermodal de Palma 15.8 km, the Camí de Sant Jordi bus stop 4.1 km, Port de Palma 20.4 km and Hospital Son Llàtzer 10.5 km. The property is beside the Palma–Manacor motorway, and aircraft noise can be heard. Bedrooms are on the first floor. Maintenance staff occupy a separate house on the same plot. Cistern water is not suitable for drinking.

This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
