## About the house

The house retains traditional stone walls and wooden beams. Outside, a 10 × 4 m private saltwater pool is accompanied by six loungers and an outdoor dining area. The barbecue area has a gas cooker, two ovens and a wood stove, and the garden contains lemon and orange trees.

The ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning cooker and satellite TV. An arch separates it from the kitchen, which has a gas hob; a microwave is also available. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Two ground-floor bedrooms each have two single beds. One has a fan, wardrobe and en-suite shower bathroom; a separate shower bathroom also serves this floor. Upstairs, the third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, sitting area, air conditioning with a heat pump and an en-suite bathroom. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.

Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available. Sineu's centre is a few minutes' walk away, with traditional celler restaurants and a Wednesday produce market. The surrounding countryside offers hiking and cycling through wheat fields. The beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Puerto de Pollença are less than 30 minutes away by car. Pets and events are not permitted. Tourist tax and an arrival deposit apply.
