The two-storey house preserves historical elements of Mallorcan rural architecture. Gardens and spacious terraces overlook the mountains and surrounding countryside. Outdoor facilities include a 12 × 5 m saltwater pool, 12 sun loungers, a chill-out area and a barbecue. Outdoor bathrooms include one adapted for disabled guests.
Inside, there is a traditionally decorated dining room and a spacious first-floor living room with a sofa, satellite TV and fireplace. A separate small room contains a study, two armchairs and a small table. The traditional gas kitchen is fully equipped, and the laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.
