The house

The approximately 500 m² house has two floors and stands on grounds of more than 18,000 m². The entrance path is shared with other houses, while the holiday home's outdoor area is private. A lawn surrounds the house and the private chlorine infinity pool, which measures 10 × 4 metres and is 1.2–1.8 metres deep. Outdoor facilities include a shower, 12 sun loungers, two Bali beds and a barbecue.

Inside, the living room has five sofas. The dining kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, a table overlooking the outdoors, satellite TV and air conditioning. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Central heating runs throughout the accommodation, and free Wi-Fi is available.

All six bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with hydromassage baths and separate showers. Two bedrooms on the main floor each have two twin beds and direct garden access. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have two twin beds and two bedrooms each have a double bed. There is an additional downstairs toilet and space for a cot and high chair.

Manacor is 4 km away and offers shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Port de Manacor Beach is 16.9 km away. Free outdoor parking accommodates four cars. Pets are welcome; events and smoking are not permitted.
