Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The fireplace in the living area cannot be used. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Central Inca is 750 metres away. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 27.5 km away, approximately 20 minutes by car. Inca train station and bus stop are each 1.9 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 36.5 km away; Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal is 30.7 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates two cars. The third bedroom is accessed from the barbecue porch.
