The fenced, private plot has a lawn garden surrounding a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 5 metres, with depths from 0.5 to 2 metres. Six sun loungers and a covered barbecue porch provide outdoor space for relaxing and dining.

The open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen have air conditioning. Facilities include a Smart TV, music equipment, a ceramic cooktop, microwave and oven. Two bedrooms inside the house have wardrobes: one has two single beds and the other a double bed. A shower bathroom serves this part of the house. The third bedroom is accessed from the barbecue porch and has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom.

Oil-fired central heating serves the entire accommodation. A cot, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are provided.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The fireplace in the living area cannot be used. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
