## About the house

The villa occupies 260 m² over two floors on a fenced property surrounded by fields, with a few neighbours nearby. The garden has ten sun loungers, a pergola, barbecue, outdoor shower and a small playground. A covered porch has a large dining table and an outdoor kitchen. The private chlorine pool measures 12 × 6.5 m and is 1.1–1.8 m deep.

On the ground floor, a sitting room with satellite TV overlooks the garden, and the dining room opens onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. This floor also has a double bedroom, a shower bathroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a laundry with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs there is a second living room with a television and four bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and large bathtub, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. A separate shower bathroom serves this floor. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning; three upstairs bedrooms have access to two terraces overlooking the garden. Both living rooms and the dining room also have air conditioning. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Cas Concos is near Felanitx and the San Salvador chapel. Caló des Borgit beach in Portopetro is 10.5 km away, and Vall d’Or Golf is 9.3 km away. Portopetro and Portocolom offer fishing harbours and seafood dining.
