The house

The outdoor areas include a 10 m × 5 m chlorine-treated private pool, an outdoor shower, a fully fenced lawn, a furnished porch, several terraces and a built-in barbecue.

Inside, the living room has a fireplace and Smart TV and opens onto the dining area. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has induction hobs and a microwave. There are four bathrooms with showers, including two en suites. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor: three have a double bed each and one has two single beds. All four have fans, heating, wardrobes and direct outdoor access. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds, a fan, heating and its own private terrace.

A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Two cots and two highchairs are provided. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.

The home is north of Cala Bona, near residential streets, small local shops and rocky coves. Platja de Sa Marjal is 1.1 km away. Cala Bona's promenade and harbour are about 2 km away by car or bicycle, with onward access to Cala Millor. Punta de n’Amer nature reserve is a short drive away, and the area offers access to Son Servera Golf and Porto Cristo's Drach Caves.
