The house

The finca has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two shower bathrooms, including one ensuite. There is also an outside toilet. The living room has air conditioning and satellite television. The kitchen-dining room has a gas hob and a table seating six, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 8 × 3.5 metres and has a constant depth of 1.50 metres. Sun loungers, a terrace, garden, fruit trees and a barbecue under the porch are available. The grounds are fenced, and neighbours are nearby.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available for babies. Cala Romantica beach is 15.3 km away, and Manacor town is 4.2 km away.
