The house

Finca Can Pol sits among orange and lemon trees on the outskirts of Inca. Its private swimming pool measures 12 × 6 metres and ranges from 0.80 to 2.5 metres deep.

The ground floor has a lounge with a fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning, plus a kitchen-dining area with a ceramic hob. Kitchen facilities also include a microwave and oven. A ground-floor double bedroom opens onto a terrace and has an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are one twin bedroom and three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower bathroom. All five bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. There are two additional shower bathrooms. The second floor remains closed.

The villa has oil central heating and a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A crib and high chair can be provided for children. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available, with outdoor space for five cars and garage space for two. Self check-in and checkout are available.

Inca offers shops and leisure spots, and nearby Binissalem has wineries. Alcudia Beach is 25 km away and Platges de Muro is 29.6 km away. A car is recommended for this countryside location.
