## About the house

The 150 m² house retains 18th-century rural Mallorcan architecture and was restored in 2000. It stands on a 28,000 m² property with countryside views, space for walks and a fruit and vegetable garden.

The private saltwater pool measures 6.8 × 2.8 metres and is 0.90–1.55 metres deep. Five sun loungers sit beside the pool. A terrace has a barbecue and a dining table with chairs beneath a vine arbour. A second outdoor kitchen retains a wood oven and fireplace.

Indoors, an equipped open-plan kitchen includes a dining area. The living room has a sofa, satellite TV and board games. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and patio views; three have wardrobes. The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. A cot and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for six cars are provided. Pets are welcome, and events are prohibited.

Costitx is 1.8 km away and has a supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. The Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca is 2.2 km away. Palma and the Tramuntana mountain range are about 40 minutes away by car. The northern beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Playa de Muro can be reached in about 30 minutes. Aircraft may be audible.
