The 185 m² house has three air-conditioned bedrooms: a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, a first-floor bedroom with two single beds, and another first-floor bedroom with a double bed. There are three bathrooms: a ground-floor shower room, a first-floor bathroom with a bathtub, and an outdoor shower room. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request at no extra cost.
Outdoor facilities include an 18 m² private saltwater pool, a garden with more than 60 m² of lawn, a children's swing, six sun loungers, two sun umbrellas, a barbecue, a terrace with sofas and a 30 m² porch for dining. Free exterior parking is available.
The air-conditioned living-dining room and open kitchen have Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a CD player, a DVD player and a safe. The kitchen includes a toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, oven, cutlery and fridge. A laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A fireplace is available.
Inca is a few minutes' drive away, with shops, supermarkets, bars, traditional Majorcan celler restaurants and a Thursday market. The surrounding Serra Tramuntana offers hiking, jogging and cycling. Alcudia Bay is about 35 minutes' drive away.
