Maximum occupancy is 12 guests: 10 base guests plus two additional guests subject to extra charges. If payment for the additional guests is not included in the booking, the extra beds may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The access path is shared with a neighbour. The main house has two storeys. S'Illot Beach is 4.1 km away; Son Carrió village is 2.4 km away.
