It stands on a large, unfenced plot of 15,000 sq m. The villa is less than 2 km from the centre of Ceva and has paved access roads up to the entrance.

The villa is less than 2 km from Ceva town centre. The train station is 2.5 km away and the listed shops and services are 2 km away. Beaches at Spotorno, Noli and Finale Ligure are 54–56 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance, and parking is within the property.

The property is for lease only. The plot is unfenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Pets are limited to two medium-sized animals.
