House rules
Family friendly; pets, parties and events, smoking and commercial photography are allowed. Contact the host before bringing more than one pet. Trailers, caravans and other towable items are not permitted on the property. Conserve tank water during your stay; the host covers the cost if an additional refill is needed.
Getting there
Lenah Valley cafes, pubs and grocers are a five-minute drive away; Hobart is 17 minutes away. The driveway is steep, accommodates one vehicle and has no turning space. Public parking is a few metres beyond the driveway for guests uncomfortable reversing. Guests must climb stairs, and the shower over the bath may not suit guests with mobility issues. There are unprotected heights, potentially dangerous animals on the property and security cameras.
