The house

Fern has open-plan living, an indoor wood fire and a spacious north-facing balcony with coastal views. The upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite, walk-in robe and separate balcony. Three further bedrooms and a separate main bathroom are downstairs, with floor heating. Established gardens surround the home, with an outdoor lounge and outdoor fire. Linen is provided. Facilities include a BBQ grill, TV, heating, bathtub, shower, hot water, smoke detector and dryer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2.
