## About the house

The house accommodates seven guests in three bedrooms, with four beds and three bathrooms. A shared entrance and staircase lead to a porch opening directly into a large living room with sofas, armchairs and a television. Another residence occupies an independent space separate from the guest accommodation.

The separate kitchen has a dining table, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, moka pot and espresso machine. It opens onto a terrace furnished with an outdoor sofa, armchairs and a coffee table.

Two bedrooms have queen-size beds; one also has a television and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase leads to the attic bedroom, which has a queen-size futon bed, a single sofa bed and access to a balcony. Two additional bathrooms have showers and hairdryers. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is less than an hour's drive away, and Syracuse train station is a five-minute drive away. Local attractions include Ortigia, the Greek Theatre of Syracuse, the Archaeological Park with the Ear of Dionysius, the Paolo Orsi Museum and the Latomie dei Cappuccini. Beaches in the surrounding area include Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche; Ortigia also has the Zefiro and Nettuno solariums and the small free beach of Cala Rossa.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in ends at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
