Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. A metro station and Dubai Mall are nearby. Ongoing maintenance work in front of the apartment may cause daytime noise.
