The house spans three floors and has two porches, a furnished terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Alcanada Beach is 50 metres away.
The ground floor has an open-plan living-dining room opening outdoors, satellite TV, an equipped induction kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms with terrace access, plus two bathrooms with showers. The lower floor has a second living-dining room with TV, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
