Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. A cot and high chair are available on request for 25€ per stay, per item.
Getting there
Access involves quite steep stairs. Building renovations prevent windows from being opened and may cause daytime noise. Genoa airport is 20 minutes away by car; the central train station is a 20-minute walk away.
