## About the house

Three bedrooms are downstairs with access to a small deck and yard. The upper-level master bedroom has an ensuite with a spa bath and a ceiling fan. All four bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The living and dining area opens onto a private deck with a BBQ. The garage has table tennis and an extra lounge area. Linen is provided. The home has heating, smoke alarms, a smart TV with Google Chromecast, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Use your own streaming logins. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove and toaster. Outdoor seating is provided. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Bathroom 1 has a shower, toilet and vanity and serves as an ensuite to bedrooms 2 and 3. Bathroom 2 has a shower, bath and vanity, with a separate toilet. The master ensuite has a shower, spa bath, toilet and vanity.

One car space is available at the property, with additional off-street parking in front of Unit 1.

No pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; contact management if this changes. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Peak periods may have required move-in days, subject to the booking terms.
