House rules
Minimum age to rent: 25. No smoking or vaping is allowed. A maximum of two pets is permitted; extra fees may apply. A golf cart is available for a fee. For bookings 31 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 30 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable; cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund; cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a refund of all advance payments.

The Texas Gulf Coast Beach is steps away. Three guest bedrooms and the second living area are upstairs.
