## About the house

The condo sleeps up to 10 guests and has three full bathrooms. The first floor has a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and full bathroom. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bunk room with two twin-size bunk beds, a second living area and two full bathrooms serving the three guest bedrooms. Two sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping space.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster and both standard and Keurig coffee makers. The dining table seats six. The living area has an HD flat-screen TV; cable/satellite, smart TVs and a DVD player are available.

The property has a balcony, patio, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, private entrance, air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet, washing machine and dryer. Linens, bath towels, an iron and ironing board, hot water, smoke detector and fire extinguisher are provided. Guests have access to an outdoor heated community pool and free parking. A golf cart is available for a fee.
