House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are allowed except dangerous breeds. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate your arrival time. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit is collected by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of the reservation. Optional kitchen linen (tea towels): €2 per reservation; towel set (one small and one large): €7 per reservation; linen for a double bed: €18 per reservation; linen for a single bed: €14 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning: €185 per reservation; bath mat: €3 per reservation. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered; ordered linen is provided for the stay without renewal, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided.
Getting there
The sandy Val André beach is 500 m away; Pléneuf-Val-André town centre is 300 m away. Three parking spaces are available on the property. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Do not charge electric vehicles from the house’s electrical outlets; use a dedicated charging socket.
