House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Pet stays incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Remove shoes indoors and report breakages. Breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional cost; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or additional night respectively. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Long-term stays are allowed. Children aged 2–12 are welcome.
Getting there
The detached backyard guest retreat is available when booked for seven guests. Driveway parking accommodates one car. Armidale Airport is approximately 2.5 hours away by car. Local buses connect Tenterfield with nearby towns, and regional coach services are available; there is no direct train service to Tenterfield.
