The house

LIVING & DINING AREA Set on the ground floor, the living area immediately sets the tone with its modern yet welcoming atmosphere. Bathed in natural light, the space blends warm materials with soft Scandinavian-inspired lines, creating an inviting setting for family life or relaxed evenings at home. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, reinforcing the home’s open and convivial feel while maintaining a sense of structure and comfort.

KITCHEN Sleek and contemporary, the kitchen is defined by its refined grey cabinetry and generous countertop space. Thoughtfully designed for everyday living, it offers excellent functionality alongside a breakfast table ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. Large windows enhance the sense of space and light, making this a kitchen that is both practical and enjoyable to spend time in. BEDROOMS Spread across the upper floors, the bedrooms offer a well-balanced layout that prioritises privacy and versatility.

On the first floor, a double bedroom features a trundle bed and a dedicated desk, making it perfect for guests or children. A shower and wash basin are cleverly integrated directly into the room. Across the hallway, a charming single bedroom stands out with its playful printed wallpaper and desk area, ideal for study or quiet time. The third bedroom offers two single bunk beds, designed with younger occupants in mind. Crowning the home on the top floor, the master suite is a calm retreat wrapped in soothing green hues.

A delicate wallpaper featuring flying birds adds a poetic touch, while the en-suite bathroom continues the palette with elegant sage green tiles, a walk-in shower, and a wash basin. BATHROOMS In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the main bathroom on the first floor is both spacious and refined, offering a bathtub, a shower, and a double wash basin. Clean lines and neutral tones ensure a timeless, functional space suited to family living. WE LOVE The elegant renovation and soft colour palette create a true family home, while the nearby metro line 9 offers a direct and effortless link to the very centre of Paris.
